TLF Charlotte also plans to produce a leading compensation survey and study of tech company executives in the Charlotte area. The study will be prepared annually, and we will solicit anonymous input from the fastest growing tech companies in our community.

The TLF Charlotte Executive Compensation Study will be patterned after a similar report prepared by the Technology Executives Roundtable in Atlanta. We also hope to share information with TER Atlanta to obtain a comprehensive view of tech company executive compensation in the southeast.
